We collect the name, business details, email address, telephone number and project requirements you provide when you contact HOFza or request a website. Account profiles, project messages and payment proofs may also be stored when you use the customer portal.
How we use information
We use your information to review enquiries, communicate with you, agree project scope, manage quotations, invoices and website services, and support your account. We do not present customer information as public website content.
Access and protection
Customer records and payment proofs are restricted to the relevant customer and authorised administrators. HOFza uses hosted services for account access, data storage and website operation. Final retention periods and applicable service-provider disclosures require confirmation before publication.
