HOFza must confirm when the 30-day period starts, eligible circumstances, how completed work is treated, third-party cost treatment, exclusions, review and processing timelines, and dispute arrangements before requesting payment. Contact support@hofza.online with your project reference, payment information and the reason for your refund request. Customers with a portal-linked project can also submit a refund request from their project. Requests are recorded for administrator review, not automatically approved or rejected.

The guarantee does not replace or restrict non-waivable rights under applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable. This policy requires owner approval and legal review before publication.
