R200 per year, separate from development
Every website hosted under the standard HOFza service agreement has a R200 yearly hosting fee, payable as soon as the website is live and renewed yearly from that date.
R100 per update after launch
Any change requested once your website is live is charged at R100 per update. Larger changes, redesigns or new functionality are quoted separately before work starts.
Payments
Payments are manual EFT, not automatically collected.
Included support
The agreed arrangement includes website hosting, routine technical checks, basic maintenance, reasonable website-related technical support, and backups where supported by the hosting and storage services. The support allowance and backup arrangements must be confirmed in your agreement.
Not included unless agreed
Domain registration and renewal, paid email services, premium themes and plugins, third-party subscriptions, WhatsApp API charges, payment gateway fees, redesigns, new functionality, extensive content creation and work beyond the support allowance are excluded. Additional work requires a quotation.
Renewals, overdue payments and cancellation
Renewal dates and recorded payments are managed by HOFza. No automatic suspension is promised. Any suspension requires authorised administrator action, appropriate notice and the agreed disclosed policy. Send cancellation requests to support@hofza.online.
Files, domains and backups when hosting ends
Before payment, your agreement must define cancellation notice, any final amounts, export and handover arrangements, domain access, retained backups and what happens to website availability after hosting ends. Do not assume indefinite hosting, file retention or ongoing access after cancellation.
