Our standard packages are Launch at R1,000, Growth at R2,000 and Elite at R3,000. Hosting is a separate R200 yearly fee, paid as soon as your website is live. Changes after launch are R100 per update. Additional work is quoted and agreed before development.

We review your request and agree a quotation first. A 50% deposit starts development. The remaining 50% is due on completion before final handover or launch, as agreed. Payments are made by manual EFT and verified by HOFza.

The R200 yearly fee is paid as soon as your website is live and covers the agreed hosting arrangement, routine checks, basic maintenance and reasonable website-related support. Changes after launch are charged at R100 per update. Domains, paid email, third-party subscriptions, redesigns and new functionality are excluded unless specifically agreed.

Yes, subject to an agreed scope and quotation. A complex store, marketplace, booking platform or native app is not automatically included in a standard package.

You can submit a request even if you do not have these yet. Tell us what you have and we will agree what is needed. Extensive content creation is quoted separately.

Launch includes one revision round, Growth includes two and Elite includes three. A revision round covers feedback within the approved scope, not new functionality or a full redesign.

The guarantee is subject to the final approved refund policy provided before payment. Eligibility, the start of the 30-day period and treatment of completed work and third-party costs must be agreed. Your statutory rights are not removed.

We agree a target date after reviewing your requirements and available content. Your approved scope, feedback and payment milestones determine the timeline.

Ownership, final files, access and third-party licences are documented in your approved quotation and handover agreement. Domain ownership and cancellation arrangements are confirmed before payment.
